Bonding/Fillings

Composite fillings are colored to look like a natural tooth and are an aesthetic alternative to metal dental fillings. They are made of strong, durable plastic resin that comes in over 30 shades to match the complexion of your teeth. When the resin is applied to the tooth, it is hardened with a special light and permanently bonded. The procedure is among the easiest and least expensive options for repairing damage, covering discoloration, closing spaces or changing the shape of your teeth. Dental fillings do have limitations though and may best be suited for small cosmetic changes. Dr. P and Dr. G will consult patients on their options and make recommendations based on each case.
